Are Cinilicraft ceramics food-safe and lead-free? ▼
Yes! All our mugs, coffee cups, serving bowls, and dinnerware are made using 100% lead-free, non-toxic, food-safe glazes. They are thoroughly tested and safe for daily food & beverage contact.
Are your coffee mugs dishwasher and microwave safe? ▼
Unless explicitly stated (such as pieces featuring 24K real gold luster detailing), all our high-fired ceramic stoneware mugs and tableware are microwave and dishwasher-safe. However, hand washing extends the longevity and luster of artisanal glazes.
How long does shipping take? ▼
We ship via Air Express (DHL / FedEx / UPS). Orders to the USA, Canada, and Europe typically arrive in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
What if my ceramic piece breaks during shipping? ▼
We offer a 100% replacement guarantee. Simply email us a photo of the damaged piece within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a new one free of charge.
